15.000L Fermenter

Range of fermenters with volumes over 10,000 L, made of stainless steel. The project for a fermenter with a working capacity of 15,000 litres, with semi-automatic sterilisation “in situ”, is detailed.

120L mixing reactor

Mixing reactors, with H-D ratios approx. 2:1, made of stainless steel. Includes control panel for monitoring and data acquisition. The compact skid provides easy access to all valves, pumps and other elements required for the operation of the equipment.

A 120-liter vertical reactor for the preparation of pharmaceutical-grade mixtures is detailed.

120L Bioreactor

Range of bioreactors/fermenters with volumes greater than 50 L and less than 150 L, made of stainless steel. Includes control panel for control and data acquisition. The compact auxiliary skid mounts all the valves, pumps and other elements required for the operation of the equipment.

The project of a fermenter made entirely of stainless steel with a working capacity of 120 liters with an integrated CIP system is detailed. Designed for fungal crops with low mechanical stress.

5L Biobench

Complex range of standardised laboratory bioreactors with capacities between 1 and 15 litres, and made of borosilicate or stainless steel.

It presents a table for control and data acquisition.

The project of a BioBench composed of a 5L bioreactor (3.4 L working volume) is detailed. Made of borosilicate, with stainless steel lid.
