Range of fermenters with volumes over 10,000 L, made of stainless steel. The project for a fermenter with a working capacity of 15,000 litres, with semi-automatic sterilisation “in situ”, is detailed.

We select and design the sterilization method that best preserves the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the final product, either through controlled heat treatments, chemical processes or advanced filtration technologies such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration and tangential filtration.
